bcp accounting.dbo.employees in "C:\data\emp.txt" -S SRV1 -T -c

Run this in a Windows terminal with bcp installed. The input path belongs to that machine. The target table must already exist and match the file layout. -T selects integrated authentication; -c selects character format.
