Background Overview
Oracle Enterprise Manager is collection of GUI applications that can be used to manage an Oracle database. Because the applications are GUI-based, you may prefer to use them to perform database administration tasks instead of typing commands into Server Manager or SQL*Plus.
Instructions
Install the Oracle Enterprise Manager software on your PC. If you prefer not to use Enterprise Manager, or if you do not have access to an Oracle database, you should press

Hints
Only install the Enterprise Manager Client software. Do not attempt to install and configure the Management Server unless you are already very familiar with Oracle.
